Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States only.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after your order confirmation email is received, excluding weekends and holidays.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
During periods of higher demand, processing times may extend slightly. If there is a meaningful delay, we will let you know.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has shipped and may vary depending on carrier performance and destination.
All orders require 1–2 business days for processing prior to shipment.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number, which may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

Poof of Alchemy is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a shipment has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient.
If you believe your package has been lost in transit, contact us at connect@poofofalchemy.com and we will assist where possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at connect@poofofalchemy.com with photos of the packaging and product.
Please retain all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed.
