Refund policy

At Poof of Alchemy, we believe in thoughtful purchases and clear expectations. If something isn’t right, we’ll guide you through the next steps.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

You are welcome to open the package and inspect your Copper Water Wand. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and undamaged

  • It must be returned in its original packaging

  • The Copper Water Wand must remain in its original condition

  • A valid order number is required

Items that show signs of use or damage after delivery are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return

To request a return, please email connect@poofofalchemy.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief note about your request

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for sending it back.

Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

As we currently offer one product style, we do not provide exchanges. If your Copper Water Wand arrives defective or incorrect, we will gladly replace it once approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for processing after inspection

Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or normal wear

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Natural Copper Patina

Copper is a living material. Over time, your Copper Water Wand will naturally develop a patina. This is part of its character and is not considered a defect.

The surface can be easily refreshed with simple, gentle cleaning as outlined in our care instructions.
